The Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management (SE&EM) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong invites applications for the following positions in the fields of (1) Financial Engineering, (2) Information Systems (3) Logistics and Supply Chain Management, (4) Optimization and operations research or related areas. :

1. Assistant Professor / Associate Professor /Professor on fix-term contracts up to 3 years , with prospect for contract renewal or reappointment on a longer term basis, subject to budget and mutual agreement.

2. Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor on a visiting basis, renewable subject to budget and mutual agreement.

Candidates for both positions in (1) and (2) should have doctorate degrees and have outstanding academic records and firm commitment to both excellent teaching and research.

3. Research Assistant Professor / Research Associate Professor on fix-term contracts up to 2 Years, renewable subject to budget and mutual agreement. Appointed member should mainly carry out research duties, but may also need to take some teaching duties.

4. Postdoctoral Fellow on fix-term, renewable subject to budget and mutual agreements.

Candidates for both positions in (3) and (4) should have doctorate degrees and have outstanding academic records and firm commitment to excellent research.

Salary will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The University offers a comprehensive fringe benefit package, including medical care for Posts (1) to (4), plus a contract-end gratuity for an appointment of two years or longer and housing benefits for eligible appointees of Posts (1) to (3).
