Dr. Wang joined
the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management,
the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as a visiting scholar recently
for his sabbatical leave from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
in Singapore, where he holds an appointment of Associate Professor
and Director, Nanyang Executive MBA program. Besides these
appointments, Dr. Wang teaches at the Hamburg School of Logistics,
Technological University of Hamburg, Germany, as a visiting
professor and has held positions at the University of NewBrunswick
and McMaster Univeristy in Canada.
Dr. Wang's

outcomes of and evaluate different health care programs. His work
has appeared in many prestigious international journals and received
a high citation of more than 400. He currently serves as an
Associate Editor for the Canadian Journal of Administrative Science.
Dr. Wang has
designed and taught many courses at levels of undergraduate,
