Dr. Xiting Gong received his B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics in 2004, and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Management Science in 2006 and 2010, all from Peking University. He did his postdoctoral research at The University of Michigan from 2010 to 2013, and joined the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in July 2013. Dr. Gong’s research area is logistics and supply chain management, and his recent research interests include stochastic inventory theory and applications, pricing and revenue management, and approximation and data-driven algorithms.
