Hotel Reservation

• A group reservation agreement has been made with the Royal Park Hotel, a 4-Star Hotel in Shatin, Hong Kong, for ICOTA'01 conference during December 14-18, 2001.
• The special daily rate for the conference participants is HK$600 per single/twin room. Rate is subjected to 10% service charge and 3% tax.
• Room booking for this special rate needs to be done before November 1, 2001. (One night room rental will be charged for any cancellation made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.)
