Research Interests

      I am working at the crossroad of information retrieval and natural language processing. I am interested in applying machine learning methods to various
      cross-lingual and multilingual information access problems, such as

• Cross-language mining and retrieval
• Cross-lingual, multilingual and monolingual relevance ranking
• Query translation and suggestion using query logs
• Machine translation and transliteration
• Multilingual clustering, summarization, QA

      I am currently looking for a post-doc or a long-term research position. See the research statement for more details of my interests.
