 5.1.1 Registration Fees:

 Student status must be certified by the school.

 The registration fee includes the benefits of:

• access to all WINE 2008 sessions;;

• one hard copy of the proceedings;

• coffee / tea, lunches, reception, conference banquet, and tours.

 5.1.2 Registration Fee Payment

•  The Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai (a 5-star hotel designated by the conference) will help collect the registration fees for the Organizing Committee of WINE 2008.

• Please download the Authorization Form , complete the form and send the completed form by fax to: Crowne Plaza Fudan Shanghai,  fax number: 86-21-55529994

• Please also send a photocopy of your credit card (both sides of the card), and a photo copy of the main page your passport (the page with your ID photo).

• You will be notified if the registration is successful or not, and the registration can only be successful if the registration fee is received!
