Biography

Yiping Ke received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from  the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2008, and the B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Fudan University, China, in 2003.

She is currently a research assistant professor in the Department of Systems Engineering and Engineering Management at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She was a postdoctoral fellow in the same department from Jan. to Aug. 2008.

Research Interests

Data mining, databases and information systems, particularly in correlation mining, association rule mining, frequent pattern mining, stream mining and Web usage mining. Other interests include graph indexing, query processing and similarity search by applying data mining techniques.
