Professor Daniel Zhuoyu Long, along with Professor Zheng Cui (our PhD alumni) from Zhejiang University and Professor Lijian Lu from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, won the Second Prize in the Best Paper Award at the 20th ICSSSM Conference (International Conference on Services Systems and Services Management), August 8-10, 2025.
The title of the paper is “The Power of Reactive Upgrades in Dynamic Resource Allocation with General Upgrading”.
