They observed the current pain points for customers in traditional banks are long queue and phone wait times, sluggish online experience, and no consolidated view of all finance positions. They are proud to introduce our solution with three essential aspects, namely instant, lively, and personalized. They capitalize on digital banking technology to penetrate and blend into every second in everyone’s life, driving all individuals in the mass market to our digital transformation journey. Members of the team would like to thank Prof. CHAN Chun Kwong for being such a wonderful mentor.
