Prof. Wai Hoi To‘s PhD student, Chenyue Zhang, has received the IEEE ICASSP 2025 Best Student Paper award (5 out of ~6900 submissions) for her paper on “Network Games Induced Prior for Graph Topology Learning”. The paper is co-authored with Prof. Anthony So and his his PhD student, Shangyuan Liu.
